Although there may be a huge debate on which is the best vitamin among the lot.  But the fact remains that every vitamins has a unique functionality and helps in our metabolism.  Almost all vitamins are much needed for our body and each vitamin can be found in different foods that we eat.

To get all the necessary vitamins, we should have a well balanced diet to the adequate amount of vitamins that we need on a daily basis.  The food sources which you can find the necessary vitamins are:

Vitamin A can be found in good quantities with eggs, milk and its products, green and yellow vegetables and fruits as well as liver.

Vitamin B complexes can be found in yeast, grains, meat, egg yolk as well as brown rice.  It is also found in poultry, peanuts, and potatoes.

Vitamin C can be found mainly in citrus fruits, berries, cabbage, and melons.

Vitamin D is found mainly in milk, sardines, egg yolk, sprouted seeds, etc.  It is also found mostly in organic meats.

Vitamin E are found in some oils, wheat germs, sweet potatoes, and some nuts.

Vitamin K is found in green as well as leafy vegetables, cauliflower, egg yolks, and blackstrap molasses.
